Due to some scammers making false payments, credit card chargebacks, opening unauthorized payment claims, we are enforcing PayPal payment lockdown for all new clients. What this means is that only verified PayPal users with confirmed address and good reputation will be allowed to make payments through PayPal. We will be taking a lot of factors into account to estimate the reputation of buyers. This means email confirmations for new clients and previous payment history for current clients.
This will also cause a delay in processing PayPal payments so if you would like your payment to be processed quickly, switch to another payment method.
As you might have already noticed, we’ve been responding to the support tickets after a lot of delay. I would like to apologize for this and will try to decrease the response time.
Somik and I are a bit busy with our respective professional life and we usually get a few hours on weekends
Thanks for all your support and trust.
Please remain patient and we’ll take care of all the bugs!
P.S: sBorg isn’t dying. I just wanted to make sure everyone knows that they can expect some delay on their support tickets.
Dear sBorg clients,
Due to unknown reasons, our hosting servers are currently down. The best i can guess is the router that provides incoming/outgoing connection to our server has gone offline causing a network outage on some of our servers. Affected clients sBorg hosting domains ends with:
I have already contacted our DC regarding the issue and waiting for their response regarding the matter.
As always, all hosted clients will be given additional days due to the downtime and recent server speed issues (also probably caused due to faulty router).
Here is a screenshot of the reply from leaseweb:
Due to issues with website verification, our website had to be resubmitted for verification. This means payza payments are temporarily unavailable through the payment gateway. It usually takes them 10~15 business days to verify a website so in the meantime if you would like to send us a payza payment, sent it manually to our payza account:

With a message of what you want. Some example would be:
Hosting Plan R2 for 1234.d.sborg.us to email@example.com
New hosting Plan R2 to firstname.lastname@example.org
5 install tickets to email@example.com
Be sure to mention what you ordered and your sBorg email or the email you would like the details to be sent to.
