sBorg Terms of Service:
- You can not modify any page of sBorg other then the index and post-gen page.
- You are not allowed to resell sBorg script/install-tickets (only sBorg hosting with preinstalled sBorg can be sold by resellers)
- You can not use sBorg hosting for any other script, except for sBorg.
- You can not use sBorg to upload illegal contents such as child pornography or anything that breaks the laws of your country or that of the country of your server location.
- You have to wait 48 hours for your support tickets to be replied to before a follow-up reply is submitted.
- sBorg requires 24 hours to process orders. If you do not receive your order by then, open a support ticket.
- sBorg will not be responsive to any adverse effects on your server caused by extensive usage of sBorg or any of the accompanying third party software/scripts.
- sBorg can terminate your sBorg account if you attempt to use sBorg in a way it was not meant to be used.
- sBorg may not be used to download/upload copyrighted or any illegal contents.
- sBorg is not guaranteed to work on all server. Depending on your OS, setup and server location, some features may be unavailable.
- sBorg may suspend your hosting account if you run more then 3 instances of sBorg on your hosting account at once, causing a high server load.
- sBorg install tickets are non-refundable. Installing and then deleting your installed copy is not a basis for refund.
- sBorg hosting accounts offers a 3 day refund policy. After that, no refund (partial or full) will be given. There will be a $3 setup charge for plan cancellations.
